Sport is one of the top activities which bring great results for people of any age. First, it helps to improve health significantly, including blood circulation and overall physical stamina. Second, it helps to make your body more flexible and responsive. Moreover, sports help to improve brain activity as well, making it the best way to avoid numerous possible aging illnesses. Sports is very important to keep our self fit and healthy. But only for a specific age. Children love to play a variety of games and sports and that is the main thing that keep them fit and energetic. We also used to play certain types of sports. Sports aren't bad habits, they are good enough as they have a lot of advantages but if they take away our study time or bed time and rest, it is regarded as bad as a habit.
